Community Calendar Submission Guidelines

What types of events can be submitted?

We accept non-profit events, for-profit performing arts, political gatherings (with exceptions), art receptions, free films, crafts fairs, town/city celebrations, and fundraisers for families in need.

What events are not included?

We do not include events sent less than 2 weeks before they occur, worship services, political gatherings for a particular candidate within a month of an election, art exhibits (only receptions/tastings), sales by individuals/businesses, or personal yard sales.

How far in advance should I submit my event?

Please submit your event information at least two weeks before the date of your event.

Can I submit recurring events?

Yes, recurring events can be submitted, but please provide all relevant dates and details.

Is there a fee for submitting an event?

No, submitting an event to our community calendar is free of charge.

How do I submit an event?

Can I edit my event after submission?

Yes, you can contact us to make any necessary changes to your event details after submission.

What information should I include in my submission?

Please include the event name, date, time, location, a brief description, and any relevant contact information.
